1 oz Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal
1 oz Dolin Blanc
1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters

Stir, serve up

This is a rendition of the drink I made for the Drambuie Den event in Portland. In the original, I used Drambuie in place of Maraschino but it was already plenty sweet and so this version tones it down. However, I make up for it by bringing up the smoke with the Chichicapa, which is probably my favorite mezcal.
